Our Jump Start Process

Kickoff

During this 1-hour virtual meeting, you’ll get to meet your Client Success Manager, discuss your business objectives and expectations for the project, and set a project communication/meeting cadence that fits your timeline and schedule.

Current State Workshops

This is a series of up to three one-hour meetings that are intended to help identify the support roles within your organization, categorize the segments the support requests your organization receives, and uncover areas of potential improvement.

Future State Workshops

In this series of up to seven one-hour meetings, we will discuss how your organization wants to support your clients using the technology available. We will develop a roadmap that documents the “future state” of your process which we will use to configure the platform.

System Configuration

Your Faye Client Success Manager will spend up to 42 hours configuring your application based on the future state identified.

Go-live Orchestration

We will provide a personalized go-live planning document to help ensure your deployment and training goes smoothly.

Admin & Agent Training

Included in your package, you will receive up to 5 hours of virtual training on how to use the system as it has been designed for your organization. Our goal is to enable you and ensure your team has a working knowledge of how to use the system. We utilize a “train-the-trainer” approach where we train a group of admin users who ca function as trainers for your organization.

Post-Launch Support

Up to 12 hours of post-launch support over a period of 5 business days following go-live. We will use this time to help with questions or concerns arising during the initial deployment.
